How do I return an item?

To return a faulty or unwanted item, please first read out Return Policy. If the issue with your item requires a return, follow the below steps.

Log In to your account

To access our returns portal, please sign in to your account here.

select the item for return

From your orders, select the order that you wish to return items from, and select the item(s) within that order to return, ensuring that you select a reason for return per item.

Return your item

Once your return request has been sent, a member of the Velocity Pro Gear team will reach out with the logistics information needed to return your item.

Refunds

If a returned product is sent back without its original packaging, a £6.50 repackaging charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Condition Checklist

To help avoid delays or deductions from your refund, please make sure your return is sent back in the correct condition.

A good return should include:

  • Product returned in its original box
  • Product returned inside the dust bag
  • Original tag still attached
  • All accessories returned, including the shoulder strap
  • Product returned clean and unused
  • No scratches, marks, or damage to the base or body of the product

Returns that are missing packaging, tags, accessories, or show signs of use or damage may be refused, delayed, or have deductions applied to the refund.

If a returned product is sent back without its original packaging, a £6.50 repackaging charge will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please Note: Where a product is purchased as part of a promotion that includes a free product, the value of the free product will be deducted from the refund amount if the main product is returned.
