Velocity Pro Gear Warranty Policy

Velocity Pro Gear ("Velocity") warrants its physical goods ("Products") to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period"). This warranty applies only to Products purchased from Velocity or its authorised resellers.

What is Covered:

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that render the Product unusable for its intended purpose.

What is not covered:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper use
  • Damage caused by accidents, impacts, or alterations
  • Damage caused by the use of unauthorised accessories or modifications
  • Ripped material, torn stitching, damaged zipper that are a result of damage from a sharp object
  • Friction damage
  • Heat/fire damage
  • Removed Branded
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product
  • Any damages that are a result of the above will automatically void any warranty on the product
  • Theft

Velocity 3-year warranty covers the original owner and will only cover purchases made direct or through authorised dealers. Please call us to confirm who our authorised dealers are.

Warranty on replacement bags is the remainder of the warranty period on your purchased bag, or six months, whichever is longer.

What We Will Do:

If a Product is covered under this warranty, Velocity will, at its sole discretion, either:

  • Repair the Product
  • Replace the Product with a 'Like for like' model

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

To make a warranty claim, please visit our website [Here] and complete the online warranty claim form. You will be required to provide the following information, failure to provide this information will result in your warranty claim being declined:

  • Your name and contact information
  • Order/Invoice number
  • The date of purchase and a copy of your purchase receipt
  • A description of the problem
  • 5 photos of the bag including issue

Return Shipping:

If a warranty claim is accepted, Velocity will provide a return shipping label. In the case of a bag replacement, the replacement bag will be sent out upon Velocity receiving the damaged bag back.

Note that if a returns label is provided and the faulty bag is not returned to Velocity, you the customer will be liable for the cost of the replacement bag.

Warranty Limitations:

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Velocity. There are no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Velocity shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Product, even if Velocity has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
