Velocity Pro Gear Warranty Policy

Velocity Pro Gear ("Velocity") warrants select tool bags ("Products") to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period").

Velocity Pro Gear ("Velocity") warrants select accessories & clothing ("Products") to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period").

This warranty applies only to Products purchased directly from Velocity or its authorised resellers.


Extended Warranty with Velocity Connect

Customers who register their eligible bags through the Velocity Connect app within 30 days of purchase can extend their 3-year warranty to a 5-year warranty at no additional cost.

What is Covered

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship that render the Product unusable for its intended purpose.


What is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper use
  • Damage caused by accidents, impacts, or alterations
  • Damage caused by the use of unauthorised accessories or modifications
  • Ripped material, torn stitching, or damaged zippers caused by sharp objects
  • Friction damage
  • Heat/fire damage
  • Removal of branding or labels
  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect the functionality of the product
  • Theft
  • Any damages resulting from the above will automatically void the warranty.

Velocity warranties cover only the original owner and only purchases made directly or through authorised dealers. Please contact us to verify our authorised dealers.

*Velocity Gloves are not covered by any warranty.


Warranty on Replacement Bags

  • If a bag is replaced under warranty, the replacement bag will be covered for the remainder of the original warranty period, or six (6) months, whichever is longer.

What We Will Do

If a Product is found to be defective under this warranty, Velocity will, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the Product, or
  • Replace the Product with a ‘like-for-like’ model.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To file a warranty claim, please visit our website [Here] and complete the online warranty claim form.

You will need to provide:
- Your name and contact information
- Your order/invoice number
- The date of purchase and a copy of your receipt
- A detailed description of the issue
- 5 photos of the bag, including the damaged area

Failure to provide this information will result in your warranty claim being declined.


Return Shipping

If a warranty claim is accepted:

  • Velocity will provide a return shipping label.
  • If a bag replacement is approved, the replacement bag will be sent only after we receive the faulty bag.

If a return shipping label is provided but the faulty bag is not returned, the customer will be liable for the cost of the replacement bag.


Warranty Limitations

This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by Velocity.

There are no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Velocity shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Product, even if Velocity has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
